Las Vegas backyard entity claim

Late on April 30 and into May 1, 2023, a bright greenish fireball crossed the sky over the western United States. Police body-camera footage in Las Vegas recorded the flash. Soon afterward, a family called emergency services to report that something had fallen nearby and that large nonhuman figures were in their backyard. Officers responded to the property. The callers described very tall beings with large eyes near equipment or vehicles in the yard. Body-camera and later released footage document the police response and the family's alarm, but no image clearly establishes a creature. Online analysis magnified shadows and compression artifacts from the dark yard, producing many claimed faces and bodies. Those interpretations are not reliable without a clear original frame, stable geometry and independent confirmation. The fireball was a real astronomical event; whether it had any connection to the backyard claim is unknown. Police found no unambiguous physical evidence of a landing or entity. The case became prominent through social media, edited videos and repeated commentary, making source control essential. CE3 is retained because the family explicitly reported visible beings.
