Fátima compilation entry — 1917 episode unresolved

This Fátima import originally supplies only a title and an August 13, 1917 date. It lacks a witness narrative identifying which episode is meant. The Shrine of Fátima’s chronology distinguishes the seers’ detention at Ourém on August 13, their reported Valinhos apparition on August 19 and the solar event on October 13. Those dates cannot be used interchangeably. The named historical participants are Lúcia, Francisco and Jacinta. The Shrine publishes religious testimony and identifies contemporary documentation, including an administrator’s explanation of taking the children to Ourém. Its October chronology separately cites Avelino de Almeida’s October 15 newspaper report about the sun. None of that establishes that the unspecified August entry was an observation of a machine or extraterrestrial occupants. The Atlas therefore retains the source anchor while leaving this compilation entry’s exact episode unresolved. The plate presents the three children as representative historical figures beside a labelled date sequence, rather than selecting an apparition or transplanting an October spectacle into August. Clothing, likenesses and setting are illustrative.
