Magenta 1933 recovery claim — later testimony and disputed documents

The Magenta story alleges that an unusual aircraft was recovered in Lombardy in 1933, secretly studied by a group called Gabinetto RS/33 and stored near Vergiate. Later versions add German interest and an American transfer in 1945. These are retrospective claims rather than an established contemporary recovery sequence. No identified 1933 eyewitness testimony or continuous aircraft custody was recovered in the examined material. Roberto Pinotti says anonymous documents began arriving in 1996 and that he and Alfredo Lissoni presented the case in 2000. His published account gives April 11,1933 in one passage and June 13 in another. It also discusses drawings of a separate 1936 Mestre sighting, which must not be used automatically as a 1933 craft blueprint. Pinotti reports favourable examination of paper and ink; that claim does not by itself authenticate the alleged operation or document the aircraft's subsequent history. CUN's June 13,2023 statement adopts the June date and adds dead pilots described as tall, light-haired, light-eyed and human-looking, together with Vatican knowledge and an OSS transfer. Those additions remain attributed to the later proponents. The plate labels its recovery tableau a retrospective composite, conceals the unestablished craft outline and avoids portraying unverified engineering as fact. The occupant classification reflects the later pilot/body claim, rather than a verified 1933 encounter.
