Cuidad Valleys entity encounter — 1953

Salvador Villanueva Medina's account is set near Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí, in August 1953. The imported spelling Ciudad Valleys is a later distortion. Villanueva, a chauffeur of about forty, said he was helping an American couple drive a 1952 Buick toward Laredo when transmission trouble halted them. After his passengers left to seek assistance, he remained with the car. Exact days differ among retellings; his published book initially uses a broader part-of-August description. He said a short man approached while he examined the car, spoke Spanish and later returned with a similarly dressed companion. The book describes ordinary humanlike faces, ivory skin, platinum hair, green eyes, grey seamless clothing, perforated belts, metallic collars and unusual helmets. The visitors allegedly conversed with him through the night. At dawn they led him to a flattened spherical vessel in a hollow, resting on three supports. An opening beneath it reportedly formed a staircase. The versions then diverge fundamentally. Vallée's compressed catalogue says Villanueva fled when invited aboard and watched the craft depart. The published Yo estuve en Venus instead says he entered, describes controls and seating, and proceeds to an alleged journey to Venus. The latter narrative must not be silently presented as part of an unchanged original roadside report. This is an unverified contactee claim with a substantial publication history, rather than a documented extraterrestrial journey. No independently established passengers, landing hardware or travel evidence were recovered in this review. The plate stops at the invitation, using the book's explicit appearance descriptions and identifying the version differences.
