Case description
The Ain-el-Turck entry has a very short documentary footprint. A later African-report compilation dates it to October 24, 1954, and cites Vallée’s Magonia entry 304 together with Quincy. Its entire recovered observation is a small man with unusually luminous eyes seen on the Mediterranean shore. The original Quincy record was not recovered or examined in this pass.
No witness name, witness count, exact time, duration, dialogue, approach, departure or investigative outcome is specified. The passage describes no craft, aerial light, landing or relationship between the figure and a machine. A short man and unusual eye appearance therefore cannot be expanded into a spacecraft crew, an abduction or a biological identification merely because the inherited Atlas category is CE3.
The plate represents the limited claim with a small indistinct humanlike figure and an expressly illustrative observer on a generic shore. The observer’s identity, the figure’s clothing, illumination and landscape are not established source details. There is no invented vehicle. The picture helps locate the story’s subject while the caption and narrative retain the uncertainties; repeated catalogue references do not constitute independent witnesses or a verified extraterrestrial encounter.
