Case description

A hunter’s story from the Zuera area of Zaragoza entered December 1954 press reports and subsequent UFO catalogues with inconsistent dates and versions of his name. The 1971 Stendek compilation calls him Miguel Sevilla Gálvez and dates it December 8; later source reviews use Miguel Sevil and December 5. The Atlas retains the former date without resolving that disagreement. The Stendek entry, citing contemporary newspapers, describes a luminous craft roughly twenty metres across and four high, with antennas and propeller-like fittings, landing about fifty metres away. Two human-looking men allegedly emerged, spoke an unfamiliar language and returned inside. The object reportedly ascended rapidly with a whistling sound. Other summaries add blond hair and a transparent appearance. Later researchers have treated the story as a probable invention, and reports of additional witnesses have been challenged as hearsay. The accessible material does not include authenticated physical evidence linking any marks to a vehicle. The plate represents the disputed claim: one hunter, two ordinary humanlike occupants and an illuminated apparatus with protruding fittings. Exact machinery, clothing and likenesses are illustrative; the historical date disagreement remains explicit.
