At 4:00 a.m. on September 1943 at Oncativo, Argentina, navarro Ocampo, driving between Rosario and Cordoba, saw a large, saucer-shaped object on the ground 500 m to the left of the road. It glowed with a bluish-green light, made a whistling sound, rose to 100 m altitude, then left at fantastic speed. A strange metal block is said to have been found at the spot.
