An anonymous Seattle woman reportedly awoke at about 2 a.m. in late August 1965 and found herself unable to move. In the story attributed to John Keel and later repeated by Jerome Clark and Loren Coleman, a dull grey object resembling a small football entered through her open bedroom window.
The object reportedly lowered three legs and settled on the floor. A tiny ramp descended, and five or six miniature humanlike figures in close-fitting garments came out. They appeared to work on the object, an activity interpreted as repairs, before returning inside. The craft then left through the window and the woman could move again. Hatch gives its length as approximately twenty-five centimetres; no reliable facial description or precise height for the figures accompanies the account.
The accessible source trail leads to Keel’s UFOs: Operation Trojan Horse and Clark and Coleman’s The Unidentified, rather than a located original interview. The onset during awakening and temporary paralysis are important context; later critical discussion raises a sleep-related experience as an alternative, without a clinical determination for this witness. Hatch carries a hoax classification, but the brief source does not document an admission. This is a disputed anecdotal bedroom report, not an established physical landing.
Seattle, August 1965, at 23:47–24:50: a miniature craft and occupants reportedly entered a woman’s bedroom while she was unable to move. The video retells the Keel anecdote and its repair/departure sequence.
