Peoria, Ill abduction report — September 24, 1966

On September 24, 1966, a large blue object was reportedly seen above a car near Peoria, Illinois. The surviving account does not name the occupants, identify the road, or give the time of day. According to the catalogue description, the object took control of the car, which continued for several miles under that influence. The entry does not explain whether the vehicle was lifted, remained on the roadway, or responded differently to its controls. It describes involuntary movement of the car rather than a clearly recorded transfer of its occupants into another vehicle. The object was then said to fly away. No interior encounter, description of beings, or detailed follow-up is included in the preserved sequence.
