Case description
The Kenmare entry is dated 15 February 1967 at approximately 02:30. In the surviving Hatch summary, an observer or observers reported a silent disc passing eastward over a house. The object was said to be tilted about twenty degrees, with two men visible beneath a dome. Its movement was described as straightforward, without additional manoeuvres, and the ledger includes an estimated speed of roughly 150 kilometres per hour.
Those details are the surviving reported sequence, rather than measurements established by instruments. The précis supplies no witness name, exact address, observation duration, estimated range, size or explanation of how the speed and angle were calculated. Its description of the occupants as men does not include their faces, dress or other distinguishing features. The plate therefore uses two indistinct humanlike forms beneath the dome, rather than adding a familiar alien anatomy that the source never describes.
Hatch attributes the case to Don Flickenger's North Dakota UFO files, copied by Tom Tulien, but the underlying statement for this exact February event was not recovered in the accessible research. A more readily located Kenmare sighting from June 1967 concerns a different date and observation and must not supply extra witnesses or binocular details here. The image's house, single representative observer and craft finish are contextual choices, explicitly limited by the sparse surviving record.
