Case description
At about 3 a.m. on 30 May 1967, two observers at Ribeirão Pires reportedly saw a cylindrical or cigar-shaped object extremely close to the ground. The preserved entry estimates its length at five metres and mentions four supports or legs. A small figure leaned toward a small window. The object subsequently moved away at very high speed, although the abstract does not preserve a direction or duration.
Hatch’s source points to Flying Saucer Review. The available summary names neither witness and supplies no exact roadside location, measured distance, photograph or detailed account of the approach. The window observation is an occupant claim, but it does not establish an exterior encounter: no figure is described leaving the vehicle or speaking with the observers. Its size relative to the window cannot safely supply a measured height or species.
The imported record also carries physiological-effects coding without a corresponding symptom in its surviving narrative. A particular injury should therefore not be added. The supported visual core is two witnesses, a low horizontal cylinder, four supports and a figure at one opening. The illustration keeps that outline visible while leaving facial features unresolved. Clothing, surface finish, lighting and the surrounding street are contextual; the complete FSR account remains the next source needed to improve this sparse record.
