Case description
A 1967 APRO report describes an alleged 7 August visit to the Caracas office of Dr Luis Sánchez Vega, usually rendered Sánchez Vegas in later catalogues. A visitor less than four feet tall reportedly requested an examination in fluent Spanish. The doctor did not know how it had entered. The report reached the press through his physician brother, Julio, following an alleged heart seizure.
The visitor was said to have a large round head, large eyes, no ears or ear openings, a narrow mouth and ten teeth, five above and five below. It explained its high temperature by claiming an extraterrestrial origin. It allegedly described machine-assisted language learning, unfamiliar reproduction and ancient catastrophe. APRO also records a claim about a seawater-filled fissure beneath Caracas; this is part of the visitor story, not an established geological diagnosis or a validated prediction.
HUMCAT places the consultation in the afternoon and describes eyes extending toward the head’s sides. Its 02:00 association belongs to a separate San Bernardino bedroom story. Later versions add Astrum, pencil levitation and disappearance. The imported HOX flag preserves a disputed judgment, but the checked sources do not establish a confession. No craft is documented at the office. The plate accordingly depicts a clothed conversation, with no examination procedure or invented spacecraft.
