Valencia, VNZ being encounter — September 9, 1967

At about 5:10 a.m. on September 9, 1967, police officer Porfirio Antonio Andrade reportedly heard a humming sound and light footsteps while on duty at Valencia’s city hall. Going toward the garage, he encountered a figure roughly four feet tall. It had a large head, prominent reddish eyes and a silver-coloured coverall. Andrade raised his weapon. According to the Lorenzen-linked account, a voice speaking Spanish came from above, urging him not to harm the figure. He then noticed a disc-shaped object hovering near the roofline. The small figure also spoke, inviting him to visit a distant world described as much larger than Earth and offering advantages to its visitors. Andrade refused because he was on duty, even after an assurance that he would be brought back. The figure reportedly rose through the air into an opening in the disc. Smoke and flame appeared beneath it before it left with a humming sound.
