Case description
Near the end of September 1967, Mauricio Weisenthal and his fiancée, Rosa Maria Font, reportedly encountered a small figure while driving toward Barcelona near Sant Feliu de Codines. The fuller account places them on regional road 1413, about four kilometres from the town, around 9:30 p.m. The Atlas assigns September 25; the cited account gives only late September.
In the headlights, the figure was described as roughly 70 centimetres tall, with a proportionate egg-shaped head, no visible neck, a prominent belly, thick short legs and unusually long arms and large hands. Its surface appeared shiny and neon green, variously interpreted as skin or a tight covering. It reportedly crossed, increased its pace and turned away; the driver swerved. The observation was estimated at about eight seconds.
No flying object was seen. The reporting chain includes LDLN Contact Lecteurs no. 4, November 1971. Renaud Leclet later proposed that an owl in the headlights might explain parts of the description, while acknowledging limited information; that remains an interpretation rather than a confirmed identification. The plate follows the reported proportions and green appearance, leaving facial features unresolved and omitting any invented craft.
