Case description

At about 5 p.m. on September 14, 1969, an unnamed boy near Beauharnois reportedly saw a small silver object descend and land close to him. The surviving summary gives a simple sequence rather than a detailed technical description: a hatch opened, two small figures emerged, they moved around the site, and they later returned aboard before the object departed. The occupants were described as green and as moving in a stiff or robot-like manner. They appeared to collect rocks and plants. Those impressions account for the record’s sampling and robotic classifications, but they do not establish literal machines or explain the purpose of the activity. No clear facial anatomy, clothing design, object dimensions, conversation, or physical interaction with the boy is supplied in the material consulted. The catalogue trail runs through John Brent Musgrave’s UFO Occupants and Critters, page 49, and a HUMCAT reference associated with investigator Wido Hoville. The underlying witness interview was not available, so the account remains a sparse, single-observer report. It should not be combined with the separate 1968 Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka case merely because that site lies in the Beauharnois region. The plate keeps the two green figures distant and their movement stiff without inventing familiar gray-alien features.
