Case description
The Vancouver entry is a brief report dated October 13, 1969, at about 10 p.m. It describes a man watching a round object pass overhead. A fuller catalogue summary adds a whistling sound and says that he saw numerous figures inside the object as it went by. The imported abstract describes them as several men, but does not preserve names, clothing, expressions or a precise count.
John Brent Musgrave’s UFO Occupants and Critters is cited for the case. INTCAT identifies it as Musgrave’s case 63 and traces it to a witness letter sent to APRO. The reviewed summaries do not reproduce that letter or supply an independently confirmed location within Vancouver, a viewing distance, a measured duration or a detailed shape beyond “round.” A transparent cabin or window arrangement therefore cannot be reconstructed with confidence merely because the witness claimed to see inside.
No landing, conversation, pursuit, boarding or physical trace is described. The humanlike classification records the witness’s interpretation of the internal figures; it does not establish a particular extraterrestrial type. The plate shows an illustrative observer watching a passing circular form with indistinct human-proportioned silhouettes. Its viewing angle, city street and visible cabin area are explicitly artistic choices, with no invented close-up alien anatomy. The case remains a source-limited aerial occupant report.
