Donner Pass, CA abduction report — September 1970

During September 1970, two people travelling in a car near Donner Pass, California, reported seeing an orange, saucer-shaped object. The next remembered part of the journey placed them at Wendover, Nevada, roughly 400 miles to the east. They described a gap of about three hours between the encounter near Donner Pass and their renewed awareness at the later location. The apparent displacement and missing time were the main features of the report.
