Case description
At around 7 p.m. on November 24, 1970, reports of luminous aerial phenomena circulated from Belo Horizonte and other Brazilian towns. APRO’s November–December 1970 Bulletin separately described a household claim by Moyses Santos. He reportedly found about six beings, roughly one metre tall, floating around his room and disturbing objects. Their appearance was compared with ice, with coloured reflections when they neared a table lamp.
One figure reportedly handed Santos paper. Without understanding why, he drew a saucer and returned the sheet. The figures then appeared to pass through the walls. Santos went outside and said he saw an intensely luminous object illuminating the area. The room episode and the subsequent outdoor observation are separate phases; he did not report watching the figures board that object.
APRO attributed the material to Irene Granchi but cautioned that the isolated occupant story might have no connection with the wider aerial reports. The Hatch ledger also carries a hoax-suspicion code, without supplying a demonstrated confession or investigation establishing fabrication. The Atlas preserves those source reservations. Neither the ice comparison nor the catalogue’s generic humanoid classification establishes Grey anatomy, identifiable clothing or biological composition. The plate therefore shows an explicitly unverified interior account, with a craft represented only by the reported drawing.
