Case description
The imported catalogue places a fragmentary encounter at Tres Arroyos, Buenos Aires province, on January 1, 1973. It describes two observers and cites Phénomènes Spatiaux, number 36. A later historical chronology independently indexes a domed disc at about 10 p.m., citing Christian Vogt’s article in that issue, page 22. The original magazine passage was not recovered here, so the exact day remains catalogue-level information.
The reported object descended or was seen low down, and figures appeared to work behind an instrument panel inside its dome. The summary raises telepathy as a question, without preserving a message, a named recipient or an interview explaining what was experienced. It does not securely describe the figures’ faces, clothing, size or number. The two observers should not automatically become two occupants.
Tres Arroyos also produced the much better known Ventura Maceiras stories, usually dated December 30, 1972 and February 1973. Those narratives cannot safely fill this entry’s gaps without establishing that the source intended the same episode. The plate accordingly shows a representative pair watching a domed disc with unresolved interior silhouettes and a simple lit panel. It is labelled source-limited, with names, anatomy and the proposed mental communication left unresolved.
