Case description
A man near Chalus, on Iran's Caspian side, reportedly encountered a descending UFO while in woodland. The account says that four figures took him aboard, that he lost consciousness, and that he was later found near Isfahan.
The imported catalogue places the event on April 7, 1973, around noon. A version of John F. Schuessler's catalogue of UFO-related physiological effects instead lists April 7, 1976, identifies the man as Gholam Reza Bazargani, and says that he was found two days later. Those differences are retained as a source conflict, not treated as a confirmed correction to the Atlas date.
The illustration consequently omits the year and depicts the reported woodland approach. It does not establish the route to Isfahan or the means of travel. The figures' appearance, clothing, craft opening, and forest composition are illustrative choices where the brief account supplies no precise visual description.
