Timmins, Ont being encounter — April 1974

A woman at Timmins, Ontario, reportedly saw a red light descend while looking through her kitchen window in April 1974. In the expanded catalogue account, the light resolved into a reddish, disc-shaped object which moved closer to her position and then stopped. No exact April day is supplied. A hatch opened in the object. One figure emerged and moved toward the top of the craft, an unusual detail retained in the imported database's condensed description. The observation reportedly continued for about two minutes before the object moved south and disappeared. The checked longer summary does not describe a conversation, a close examination of the figure, or a demonstrated repair operation. Its face, height and clothing are not recorded. Rosales attributes the report to John Brent Musgrave's UFO Occupants and Critters, quoting Mitch Leblanc. The time varies between approximately 5:15 a.m. in that compilation and 5:20 a.m. in the imported entry. Those small differences do not justify an invented exact date or more detailed occupant. The reconstruction illustrates the kitchen-window view and the figure climbing from the hatch, while treating the woman's appearance, surrounding scene and detailed craft construction as artistic.
