Case description
A later account associates June 15, 1974, with a reported observation on Mount Dahjar in the Tibetan Himalayas. The witness is named as mountain climber Keo Wha Unan. According to the retelling, he had been examining a rock formation and emerged from a cave when he noticed a smooth silver disc beyond nearby rocks.
Three humanoid figures were reportedly gathered around it, apparently collecting snow, ice and stones. After approximately five minutes, they were said to climb into the object by a ladder-like device. A loud humming sound followed, and the object rose rapidly into cloud. The compressed Hatch entry describes short beings and a hover only a few feet above the surface; the expanded version gives little usable detail about their faces or clothing.
The source trail runs through UFO Roundup quoting UFO Update number 5. An original expedition record, contemporary interview and secure identification of the mountain site were not recovered for this expansion. The catalogue's noon time and the retelling's afternoon designation are not precise enough to fix an exact moment. The plate consequently illustrates a mountain observation with distant humanoids and a silver disc, explicitly labeled Later Retelling; its terrain and figure details are artistic rather than an authenticated reconstruction of a documented expedition.
