The recovered HUMCAT addendum places this episode at Forrières, Belgium, at about 04:30 on August16, 1975. It names a couple, the Paquets, and cites Maurice Helot’s investigation published in Lumières dans la Nuit152. Mrs. Paquet had reportedly seen an unspecified UFO around 23:30 earlier in the night, but that observation is a separate phase without a recovered object description. The couple later heard repeated cries, compared to an owl’s call without modulation, occurring every fifteen or twenty seconds. Mr. Paquet went to a window and said he saw a roughly four-foot human-like figure balancing on the electrical lines running past the house. He could not distinguish clothing or facial features. He went downstairs for a flashlight; when he returned, the figure had disappeared and the cries had stopped. A later compilation gives a substantially different version: a couple walking to work meets a small figure on the road. It also renders the locality as Luxembourg. Those discrepancies should remain visible rather than being fused into an expanded scene. The power-line account matches the distinctive wording of this Hatch entry, so it is the version illustrated here. No craft is placed beside the figure, and the witness’s failure to find it again does not establish an observed dematerialisation.
