Cuers, FR being encounter — December 3, 1976

A short encounter near Cuers,Var,France is commonly dated December3,1976,around3p.m.,though INTCAT gives an approximate early-December date. Its fuller version identifies the observer as sixty-eight-year-old MrA.Antonetti, out walking his dog in a small valley. The source trail leads to Lumières dans la Nuit195; the original magazine report was not recovered here. He reportedly met a small, large-headed being dressed in a black one-piece suit. Summaries differ about the conversation: one preserves unintelligible speech and disappearance, while another says the figure asked what he was doing and told him to return home or turn back. These differences should not be converted into a single exact quotation or a demonstrated telepathic message. No craft is described. The available summaries do not establish an independent witness, physical evidence or the figure’s identity. The dog’s presence belongs to the fuller account but does not provide a recorded behavioural experiment or confirmation of alien origin. The plate shows Antonetti and the dog facing one small black-clad figure before the reported encounter ended. Personal appearance, facial details and valley scenery remain illustrative. It does not add a spacecraft, weapons or an unsupported departure mechanism.
