Milanere, ITL abduction report — December 8, 1978

On December 8, 1978, two people in the mountains near Milanere, Italy, reported an unusual light at night. The light subsequently disappeared from their view. The account also refers to a pear-shaped craft and figures associated with it. One of the men was linked with a possible taking experience, but the preserved digest does not provide a continuous sequence connecting every part of the observation or explain what the second person saw during that interval. The case ends in the available outline without a detailed return or subsequent interview. Its retained elements are the two observers, the mountain setting, the disappearing light and the later account of the pear-shaped object and occupants. A more complete sequence cannot be supplied from those brief details alone.
