Arroyito, Cord, Arg abduction report — December 1978

In December 1978, at approximately 4:30 a.m., three workers traveling in an electrical utility truck near Arroyito, Córdoba, Argentina, reportedly encountered signals from a UFO. The Larry Hatch digest connects the observation with missing time and a displacement of roughly fifteen kilometres. The men reportedly found the truck at a location that did not fit their recollection of the journey. The summary does not supply a complete road-by-road account or explain how the distance was measured. Its own wording leaves the abduction interpretation as a question. A March 2025 Canal 3 Arroyito news video revisits the 1978 story as an alleged displacement from Arroyito to Tránsito. This local coverage provides a case-specific video connection. The illustration represents the workers observing the reported signals, with vehicle details and the appearance of the light reconstructed rather than copied from a contemporary photograph.
