Case description
On April 21, 1979, William Herrmann said that an unusual marked metal bar appeared in his bedroom in North Charleston, South Carolina. Contemporary newspaper coverage connects this claim with his earlier Summerville encounter and his later reports of contact. It does not describe a new abduction on April 21.
Herrmann described blue-green light near his desk before noticing the bar. The Charleston News and Courier reported that an analysis commissioned by Omni found an ordinary lead–antimony alloy. The material result should be distinguished from Herrmann's explanation of how the object arrived.
This entry therefore represents the reported bedroom-object episode within a longer case series. The plate reconstructs a small ingot near a desk, without claiming that its marks have been copied exactly. A case-specific video about this April 21 episode has not been established from the available links.
