Sproston Green, Cheshire abduction report — June 1980

Two people travelling by car near Sproston Green, Cheshire, reported an encounter in June 1980, at about 11 p.m. Their attention was first drawn to brilliant lights nearby. Two figures then approached the vehicle, moving in a way the witnesses described as gliding rather than walking. The figures were estimated to be seven feet tall. The account describes communication without ordinary speech and an intense struggle of wills between the people and the approaching figures. The surviving digest does not preserve the content of the communication or say how either witness responded physically. The published source chain leads to Jenny Randles's Alien Abductions.
