Destin, FL abduction report — November 25, 1987

A mother in Destin, Florida, reported what she interpreted as an abduction involving her five-year-old son on November 25, 1987. The surviving Hatch catalogue entry is unusually brief and expressly supplies no further details. Its bibliographic trail leads to Timothy Good's The UFO Report 1990. The digest provides no exact time, witness names, description of an object or occupants, duration, or explanation of how the child returned. It is consequently not possible to reconstruct those stages from this entry. The illustration uses a mother and child safely together at a window as symbolic artwork. The window, home, distant glow, and time-of-day lighting are artistic choices rather than details asserted by the available report. No physical taking or onboard scene is depicted.
