San German, Pr abduction report — November 16, 1988

At approximately 9 p.m. on November 16, 1988, observers near San Germán, Puerto Rico, reported a silent saucer moving from south to north. Two noisy jet aircraft appeared to pursue it. The witnesses described the jets moving underneath the larger object and then apparently entering it from below. The contrast between the loud aircraft and the silent object was a notable part of the observation. The short account does not provide the aircraft types, markings or pilots' identities. Timothy Good included the report in Alien Contact. The surviving synopsis ends with the apparent entry of the jets into the saucer; it does not describe their reappearance or identify an official flight record. No person is described as being taken from the ground, and no onboard account accompanies this aerial sequence.
