Perm, Novosib, Russia abduction report — February 6, 1989

At about 9 p.m. on February 6, 1989, a Russian report described a bright, disc-shaped object in the sky. The locality is recorded inconsistently with both Perm and Novosibirsk references, so a more precise setting cannot be supplied from the entry. A beam of light was said to extend from the object, with two figures visible within it. The summary associated the scene with a possible taking but did not describe anyone entering the object or being witnessed leaving the ground. The figures’ identities, the length of the observation and the ending are not preserved. The documented sequence is the disc, the beam and the two figures, without a detailed onboard account.
