The relevant city is in Western Australia. The woman said she was awake beside her sleeping husband when a high-pitched sound drew her attention. A very short figure appeared on the right-hand side of the bed. The ledger estimates its height at sixty-five centimetres. The longer synopsis describes a semitransparent appearance, a bright green belt and a green ring. The figure seemed to inspect a box. When the witness moved suddenly, it allegedly touched its belt and disappeared while she was watching. No intelligible speech, physical contact with the woman, craft or travel sequence appears in the recovered account. The reporting chain is a catalogue entry attributed to Basterfield, subsequently compressed into other databases; the original interview and an independently corroborating account were not recovered.
