Nikolayev, Ukraine being encounter — November 1989

This November 1989 catalogue entry concerns a reported concentration of UFO landings in the Nikolayev region of Ukraine. Its short abstract says that about thirty landings had been catalogued since August 1 and points to Jacques Vallée's UFO Chronicles of the Soviet Union. It is therefore a summary of a claimed regional collection, not a single landing on a particular November night. The imported metadata lists multiple object and occupant types, physical traces, and effects on people or equipment, but the abstract does not show which observations support each category or identify a complete witness sequence. Those tags should not be assembled into one composite encounter. The individual reports would need to be followed through their original records to assess locations, dates, measurements, and investigation methods. The illustration is contextual artwork of a regional landscape and observers documenting a distant light, rather than a reconstruction of thirty simultaneous landings. Its figures, setting, and light do not constitute recovered evidence from the source collection.
