Frunze, Kirghiz being encounter — May 29, 1990

On May 29, 1990, a report from Frunze, then in the Kirghiz Soviet republic and now Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, described a disc-shaped object landing beside a garage in the morning. The imported catalogue gives approximately 8:50 a.m.; another chronology uses 8:45. The account says that a very tall figure and six smaller humanoids left the object by a ladder. They reportedly collected oil and soil before returning. The unusually different heights and the sampling activity are descriptions within the report; the available digest does not explain how the sizes or materials were identified. The bibliography leads to Timothy Good's The UFO Report 1992, page 67. The available summaries do not preserve named witnesses, a precise address, original photographs, or a full investigation narrative. This entry should not be combined with a separate Frunze report dated September 1990. The plate depicts the stated garage-side activity with the setting, equipment, and figures reconstructed.
