Black Mesa, OK reported procedure encounter — June 13, 1990

The Black Mesa entry refers to Richard Seifried, whose surname is transposed as Siefried in the imported ledger. It assigns 13 June 1990 and describes a vivid dream involving an alien arm and a tent. Its own wording classifies the episode only as a possible encounter. The cited source is Seifried and Michael Carter's Native Encounters; the complete passage was not recovered, so the brief dream description remains the limit for reconstructing this particular event. A January 1993 Oklahoma Gazette profile independently connects Seifried with a claimed Black Mesa experience approximately three years earlier. It also discusses his broader belief that he had undergone repeated abductions and earlier memories developed under hypnosis. Those details concern a larger personal history. They cannot establish that this specific tent episode involved the same beings, a spacecraft, a procedure or an objectively witnessed bodily event. No full creature's appearance, craft, route, conversation or independently observed sequence is supplied for the dream in the accessible entry. Its procedure-related catalogue label should therefore not be expanded into a depicted medical intervention. The illustration shows only an ambiguous remembered arm near the canvas and a fully clothed camper, explicitly labeled as a reported dream. Landscape, likeness and tent arrangement are contextual. The narrative preserves Seifried's reported interpretation while keeping dream content and hypnotically developed material separate from independently corroborated evidence.
