Petrograd abduction report — March 29, 1991

On March 29, 1991, a man identified as Dolotov in the Petrograd area reported another episode in a series of unusual encounters. He described two dark-clothed men in a hall and a communication he understood as telepathic. An interruption in his memory followed. His next clear awareness was of being on a train. He noticed that his shoes were dry, a detail he considered strange in the circumstances. The account does not identify the men or explain the route from the hall to the train. His earlier experiences are mentioned as background but are not described in this particular episode.
