North / Campo Redondo, Brz abduction report — May 1991

In May 1991, at approximately 7 p.m., a man north of Campo Redondo, Rio Grande do Norte, reported an encounter with a luminous fireball. The light was associated with two episodes in which he said he was lifted from the ground. He described sensations of heat and cold during the experience and subsequent damage to his eyes. The brief account does not give the height of either ascent, say that he entered an object or describe medical treatment. A similar encounter was reported in 1992. Bob Pratt included this case in UFO Danger Zone, cited at page 2 in the catalogue. The surviving synopsis preserves the repeated lifting, temperature sensations, eye effects and recurrence the following year. It does not provide the man's name or a separate step-by-step account of the later incident.
