Case description
Marisol Camacho described two small figures visiting the balcony of her home at Maguayo, near Laguna Cartagena, in August 1991. Jorge Martín's interview calls it the night of August 13 at approximately 2 a.m.; the Atlas dates the overnight incident August 14. Hearing noises and a rapid mumbling sound, she approached a window with metal Venetian blinds and opened it slowly.
She reported two thin grey beings, almost four feet tall, examining a Swiss cheese plant and removing leaves. Their heads were broad above and narrow at the chin, with large black elongated eyes, flat faces, small nostril openings and slit-like mouths. She described long arms and four long fingers. Although initially unable to move, she said she felt fascination rather than terror. The figures walked down the street toward the lagoon and disappeared into brush. She told her husband afterward; he was not an eyewitness.
Camacho also reported a second visit about two weeks later, when the figures fled after she moved the blinds. A disc seen above the home by neighbours belongs to a still later occasion and is not a craft observed during the first balcony encounter. The plate therefore shows no saucer. Foliage conceals the beings' bodies while preserving the reported heads, hands and plant inspection. These remain interview claims, with no recovered biological sample or authenticated image.
