Porto Alegre, Brz being encounter — February 24, 1992

An observer at Porto Alegre reported an unusual light among clouds on February 24, 1992, at about 7:50 p.m. The Atlas ledger attributes the entry to Rogério Port Breier’s Brazilian 1992 case compilation; a later chronology cites the UBPDV compilation through Albert Rosales. The surviving public summary does not name the observer or provide a verbatim statement. The account describes a saucer-shaped object descending from the illuminated cloud. A beam was directed towards the ground, and several figures were reportedly visible inside. These figures were also associated with light beams directed towards the witness. The report gives no secure facial features, clothing, stature or exact number of occupants. This is a brief, indirectly transmitted sighting report. The available text supplies no documented landing, physical sample, photograph or independent confirmation of beings aboard a vehicle. Its classification records what was reported rather than identifying an extraterrestrial source. The illustration therefore keeps the occupants as unresolved interior silhouettes and the witness as a representative observer, with a cloud-lit disc and beams but no invented alien anatomy.
