The imported record dates this Badalucco encounter to February 1, 1994, at approximately 8:30 p.m. A motorist was travelling on Route 548 in Liguria when the car reportedly malfunctioned. The object described in the catalogue was cylindrical or cigar-shaped and hovered over the road.
A short account attributed to Jan Aldrich’s Project 1947 material adds that the object appeared silvery and directed several beams toward the ground. A humanlike figure was reportedly standing on the road near the vehicle. The catalogue concludes with a rapid departure toward the northwest, but the accessible narrative gives no facial features, clothing, dialogue or reliable estimate of the figure’s height.
Badalucco also appears in later discussions of a similar vehicle-blackout story dated February 5. The available summaries do not resolve whether this is a date discrepancy or a distinct report, so the Atlas does not merge additional details into the February 1 entry. The plate uses the month alone. The claimed vehicle failure is preserved as an observation; the catalogue’s electromagnetic label is an interpretation, rather than an identified mechanism.
The video opens with February 5, 1994; original investigator article states February 1 encounter and February 5 first notification. Preserve original event date and retain this media-date discrepancy. Programme includes critical analysis; its conclusions are the presenter's.
