The imported Campo Rico entry combines details that the recovered source presents as separate reports. In Gordon Creighton's Flying Saucer Review translation of Jorge Martín's material, an unnamed resident of the Pozo area allegedly fired several shots at a creature early on 16 September 1995, during the aftermath of Hurricane Marilyn. That account says the creature developed winglike structures and flew away. The article then describes Daniel Pérez's distinct daylight observation at about 7:30 a.m., from his home behind the local high school. Pérez said a loud humming drew his attention to a creature settling briefly on a large patio stone. It leapt upward and flew between avocado-tree branches. He particularly described numerous small back winglets, increasing in size toward the lower back, whose rapid movement he associated with the hum. His wife Lourdes separately reported seeing it leave a treetop and noticing membranes linking its arms to its body. Rosales dates the Pérez observation more broadly to mid-September, rather than supplying the same exact day as the shooting. A third shooting account involving policeman José Collazo belongs to early September and must also remain separate. These are witness claims within the 1995 Puerto Rican creature-report wave, not demonstrated extraterrestrial biology. No craft is observed in the Pérez sequence, and the plate depicts that morning report without adding gunfire.
