Cardiff unknown report — 2007

The United Kingdom Ministry of Defence's annual register includes a report from Cardiff, West Glamorgan, about an event said to have occurred sometime in 2007. The message was recorded on January 3, 2008. The register expressly gives no firm event date. The caller said that while camping with friends he saw spaceships and that one removed his dog, car, and tent. The entry does not include the campsite's precise location, the time of day, the objects' dimensions, or a detailed account of what happened afterward. This is an officially recorded report, rather than an official finding that the described event occurred. The original annual-report PDF is linked below. January 1 in the imported date field is a year placeholder and should not be interpreted as the encounter date. The illustration shows a campsite before the alleged disappearance; the people, dog, car, tent, and light are reconstructed.
