On 20 September 1951, at approximately 2030 hours, he and 3 others had observed a flying saucer over Mikkeli Finland, which appeared to be traveling at a high rate of speed at an estimated altitude of 6,000 meters. b. It was observed for approximately 2 to 3 minutes before it disappeared from sight. However, taking into consideration the following factors: 1) The reported speed of 700-1,000 km/hr at an estimated altitude of 6,000 meters. 2) The reported diameter of 4-5 meters. 3) The reported change of direction.
