DETAILS: The National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP), employed as a service organization in San Diego, California, along with several other engineers, has formed a voluntary flying group. Their activities in and around San Diego and its environs, according to investigators, when one member sighted an unidentified object in the sky, the other members of the club by telephone so that a "triangulation" and location could be made.
