On or during March 1960, at or near Location not stated, the source reports the following sequence: DATA SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: The sighting was detected on a Ground-Radar installation. The object was tracked on the radar screen for 15 minutes. It was also observed visually by a Ground Observer Corps member. The object moved in an irregular, erratic pattern at high speed.
