SIGHTED ELONGATED OBJECT PRESUMED TO BE MISSILE BEARING 23° DEGREE FROM 34-34' 132-13' HEADING IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION AT HIGH ALTITUDE OF 60,000 - SIGHTED ALSO SURFACE CRAFT BEARING 282 DEGREE DISTANCE 10 MILES POSITION 14 MILES DISTANCE.
