Case description

On or during January 1962, at or near 34N176W, the source reports the following sequence: WITH THE APPEARANCE of the constellation Orion and the brilliant neighbors such as Sirius, the dog star, and Aldebaran, the eye-catcher in the northwest, the sky-eye planets will hardly be noticed. To the left of Rigel, the dog star, is Canis Major, the great dog. Turning more to the left, there is Lepus, the hare, one of the smallest of the U.S. (except of course, for the sun). Following their line to the left leads to Polaris, the star so well known as the guide to the North Star, and next comes Ursa Major, the great bear, while the pole star, Ursa Minor, the little bear, is farther west. That is the way the old star watchers saw him, as a great warrior.
