Case description
A couple in Point Isabel, Ohio, reportedly saw an unusual figure during a late evening in summer 1964. The located NICAP abstract gives no exact day, witness names, precise site or duration. It describes a figure over six feet tall with broad shoulders, large ears, a pointed chin and gold-colored glowing eyes.
The witnesses reportedly saw it at short range before it abruptly disappeared. The description specifically says body hair was not obvious, so this should not be converted into a conventional hairy Bigfoot account. Nor does the surviving entry describe a flying object, light beam, spacecraft interior or communication. The term entity is a catalogue category, not proof of an extraterrestrial identity.
NICAP attributes the report to Leonard Stringfield and Skylook 93, page 9. A fuller original text was not retrieved during this research, limiting what can be added to the short sequence. A different Point Isabel report from fall 1967 involves other circumstances and should not supply missing details here. The Atlas also carries unrelated Cape Canaveral radar text; it is not evidence for this Ohio account. The plate therefore shows the couple and reported facial outline without adding a craft, and leaves clothing, witness appearance and the rural setting explicitly approximate.
