On or during April 11, 1965, at or near Location not stated, the source reports the following sequence: SAF-OIC0/Mrs Cassel/bp/79079/3 May 67 MAY 5 1967 Dear Mr. _______ I am inclosing the photographs of alleged unidentified flying objects which you submitted for evaluation. [REDACTED], We have completed our evaluation of your April 10, 1966 observation and photographs of an unidentified flying object. This would seem to indicate that the object you observed had some different characteristics. It appears that the photograph is not typical of the object observed by the witness. The quality is not sufficient to indicate that any extraterrestrial vehicle was observed.
