Case description
Frank Slater reported an unusual object while near Highway 7, approximately three miles south of Teulon, Manitoba, at about 07:45 on 27 November 1975. The RCMP occurrence report names Nick Shymko and Gerald Paderzkie as two other observers. Slater reported to the detachment later that day, and a telex carried the information to the National Research Council’s Meteor Centre.
Under an overcast sky, the observers said the object travelled from north to south, then east and back north. It appeared pinkish. They described an initial spherical form in a vertical position, followed by a bowl-like appearance and finally a saucer shape before disappearance. The sequence is an account of changing appearances; it does not establish physical transformation, rotating mechanisms or a set of different vehicles. The telex estimates a total observation of ten to fifteen minutes.
The report gives no reliable altitude, dimensions, detailed surface structure, occupant or communication. Police considered the observers reliable but supplied no identification or independent measurement of the object. No landing or physical evidence is described. The plate therefore selects only the final saucer-like phase, showing the three representative adult witnesses and one restrained pinkish form under cloud. Earlier shapes are not placed beside it as simultaneous objects, and no windows, crew or other unreported hardware are added.
